Our Enterprise Support is like having a developer, designer and IT technician in your office, who will perform basically most tasks not included in our Support plans, i.e.:

Already a customer?
Our team of WordPress experts that can handle almost any request of up to 30 minutes. For example, this includes:
- Adding content to your site
- Installing and configuring plugins
- Installing and configuring themes
- Minor adjustments of CSS.
We ask that you submit one request at a time, so we can complete it as quickly as possible, usually within a couple of hours.
We find that our clients are fair and reasonable and enjoy working with us.

We work Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm CST time (US West coast). Depending on your needs, certain support plans can give you priority help too.
Modules, are small “apps” within your website. For example, an E-commerce store’s Wholesale module. Most modules are licensed (purchased) from 3rd parties, as developing them from scratch, would be reinventing the wheel in most cases. Sometimes, we build custom modules for very specific cases, that are not commercially available.
Generally, most issues that exceed 30 min of time and the following:
- Customizing plugins or themes
- Configure DNS, DB or SSL
- Issues related to Multisite sites or servers
- Redesigning website or creating content.
